Stella Maris was founded by a group of individuals with over a decade of experience in the production and export of seafood products, especially tuna yellowfin, at some of Vietnam’s leading enterprises.

We strictly control quality from raw materials to finished products. Raw materials are selected from seafrozen sources using two main fishing methods: purse seine (PS) and long line.

Each stage of production is carefully monitored for temperature, hygiene, and microbiological safety — starting from frozen filleting, defrosting, CO treatment, quality grading, processing into specific specifications, to packaging — to ensure that customers receive the highest quality products.
