Stella Maris was founded by a group of individuals with over a decade of experience in the production and export of seafood products, especially tuna yellowfin, at some of Vietnam’s leading enterprises. We strictly control quality from raw materials to finished products.
Raw materials are selected from seafrozen sources using two main fishing methods: purse seine (PS) and long line. Each stage of production is carefully monitored for temperature, hygiene, and microbiological safety — starting from frozen filleting, defrosting, CO treatment, quality grading, processing into specific specifications, to packaging — to ensure that customers receive the highest quality products.
Additionally, with the advantage of being close to abundant domestic seafood sources and a plentiful supply of locally harvested agricultural products, we are confident in our ability to provide fresh and delicious agri-marine products that meet the our customers’ demands and expectations.
Our product range includes: shrimp, bullet tuna, layang scad, round scad, indian mackerel, grouper, and more, as well as agricultural products such as: dried mango, peanut candy, and others.
